Turf growing

Consistently high quality. Grown to exacting standards
Our lawn turf is of a consistently high quality because we plant and grow lawn turf grass seed to exacting standards of seed cultivation and ground preparation set out by the TGA (Turf Growers Association) .

Before sowing our seed we test the topsoil (and sub-soil) and correct any nutrient or mineral imbalance with both organic and inorganic fertilisers.

We mow and vacuum our turf during the growing period and roll, irrigate and fertilise it. We monitor turf moisture regularly to ensure a consistent mix of turf grass species.

Before harvesting with specialist machinery, we test the turf to vigorous TGA testing standards. Our machinery ensures that the cut of our lawn turf rolls achieve a consistent depth, width and length.
