Order TURF and TOPSOIL ONLINE
We can take orders ONLINE for our TURF and TOPSOIL products ONLY via our online order form. or direct by phone: 01989 765300 or fax: 01989 765312.
Order BARK MULCH and SANDSTONE PAVING direct.
We are able to take orders by Telephone only on 01989 765300 or Fax on 01989 765312.
How our online ordering system works
- Go to our online order form
- Specify whether order is for TURF or TOPSOIL
- Select delivery or collection
- Enter the quantity of TURF or TOPSOIL you want to order
- The form will automatically total the cost of your order and add VAT (and delivery charge if required)
- You choose payment method
- By Credit or Debit card (*see payment method)
- By Cheque (*see payment method)
- We receive your order online
- We process your order and payment and prepare for delivery or collection
Delivery & delivery options
We can deliver any quantity of turf subject to a minimum order of 50m² and a minimum of 1m³ topsoil. All deliveries will be to the kerbside of your property only. Deliveries will be made on a pre-agreed date within 3 working days of order.
Collection
Our turf, topsoil, bark mulch and paving stone products are available for immediate collection at short notice. If you want to collect , please tell us at the time of order and your intended method of payment (e.g. cheque, card or cash) and planned collection time. This helps us to make sure your order, together with a pre-processed receipt/invoice, is ready for you to load.
Payment method
Payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of ordering or by cheque or cash on collection or delivery.
Paying by debit/credit card for online orders:
On receipt of your order we will:
- phone you to ask you for your card details
- process your card for payment via our CCP system
Paying by cheque for online orders:
On receipt of your order we will:
- send you a pro-forma invoice for the full amount by email, post or fax.
- on receipt of our pro-forma invoice, you send us a cheque in payment
- on receipt of your cheque, we prepare your order for delivery/collection

Collection or Delivery
We aim to be able to supply our products immediately or at short notice. You are welcome to collect direct or we can deliver. Should you wish to collect, we recommend that you advise us of your requirements in advance to ensure that we can provide you with the freshest products. By arrangement collections can be made from 7.00am if an order is placed and paid for before 3.00pm on the previous day.
We can deliver any size order throughout Central and South West England and Mid and South Wales, at a pre-arranged delivery time within 24 hours of ordering.
Leaflets on lawn care advice are available to be left with private households to ensure the primary aftercare will maintain the high quality lawn.
Flexible payments
If ordering direct by phone or fax, payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of order or by cash, cheque on delivery.
Account customers
For regular customers we offer payment on account (subject to satisfactory trade references) as well as discounts for larger orders.
